Manged to get an appointment but when I flagged after that we were put on the wrong referral path no one responded despite numerous calls and emails. Should have been an easy thing to respond to/fix but ultimately I had to go private to get the correct treatment and then complained. They haven't responded on my complaint either even though they said they would reply no later than two weeks ago. Again no reply to follow up emails or calls.

Pretty basic to fix - just call me back to discuss the issue or reply to my emails. Unbelievably frustrating to politely point an issue out and be completely ignored on every contact attempt. The staff genuinely just don't seem to care which is a real shame. The worst GP practice I have experienced.

It is almost impossible to get to speak to someone on the day unless you say it is an emergency. Often it is not, but very often a 3 to 4 week wait for a call back is too long and I then have the dilemma of whether to lie or not. For example, today I needed to speak to someone regarding my daughter's pain relief, which is not working. The on the day team would not speak to me, but we need to find some effective pain relief much earlier than the end of next month which is when the next appointments are available. I am now left with a distraught autistic daughter who is in significant pain, unable to eat and telling me she wishes her life was over as she can't go on like this. What do you suggest?

More staff, the ability to speak to someone when needed or at least book an appointment within two or three days. I'm all for triaging, but there does need to be some middle ground as the current system is not working for patients.

Have been a patient here for many years. Count yourselves lucky to have such an efficient and carin g practice and ok you sometimes have along wait but life is like that. Thank you all

Tell the waiting room if there are delays.

All human beings are capable of mistakes. This is fact. What is good about our surgery and all who work within it, is the gracious manner and respect and regard for what may be them one day.

I saw Dr Carley a couple of weeks ago and just want to put on record how lovely she was - she put me at ease, was extremely nice. We are lucky to have her.
