Since the take over , and amalgamation with hillcrest , it has become nearly impossible to see a doctor , or make appointment, plus get results , trying to fill online questionnaire, not having the correct answer to tick , unable to move on , being promised return call from doctors , not happening ????? The phone not getting picked , plus getting consistently cut off , everything is frustrating, It is a total disgrace

I rang the new phone number to make an appointment, kept waiting 40 minutes for someone to answer. the person who answered was very rude and not very helpful. Just received my phone bill and have been charged nearly £20 for these calls.... Disgusting...

Awful put phone down on my the receptionist was so rude ,I have to have important blood tests every month and they refused to book them without which I won’t be able to get my arthritis meds .

Phoned 5 days in a row to get an appointment but never got got through even with the new telephone number , my wife then went to the forge road clinic only to be told you have to ring the number that I had been trying to ring for the last 5 days ,,its an absolute shambles ,we haven't been happy from day one when we were forced to change doctors when we moved house 12 years ago.when i complained to the receptionist about how hard it is to get an appointment her reply was shrugging her shoulders and saying with not even a smile on her face"i know its terrible init"i am only in my 40;s and dont need the doctor that often but i will do more as i get older and im very worried about not being able to get. an appointment feel sorry for someone who has an on going problem trying to get an appointment as this could be fatal. we've now changed to Coedpeoth hope we have a better experience there.Goodbye and good riddance Forge Road surgery

absolutely appalling now they have merged with hill crest me and my mum sat in a queue for 2 hours the other day and then they turned there phones off and it said it that the surgery is not closed between 1 and 2 even though we phoned at 2:05 for 2 hours then it just ended so we tried to pone back and it kept saying that they were closed between 1 and 2 even though it was 4 o'clock
