Since the take over , and amalgamation with hillcrest , it has become nearly impossible to see a doctor , or make appointment, plus get results , trying to fill online questionnaire, not having the correct answer to tick , unable to move on , being promised return call from doctors , not happening ????? The phone not getting picked , plus getting consistently cut off , everything is frustrating,
It is a total disgrace
