Came for a blood test and saw a lady in room D She was most curt and abrupt to the point of being rude Her bedside manner was non existent...she needs to work on this although I have no complaint on her clinical skill of taking blood Have always found other staff helpful and caring and practice run well in my other visits to the practice

It would be helpful if the Dr's name appeared on the screen when calling patients as it used to be until recently, so that one can see that patients are being called regularly. Because as sometimes happens one can be waiting up to an hour before being called.
