I was on hold on the telephone system 3 times for 10 minutes each time and just got cut off. When I eventually got through it felt like the receptionist was uninterested in the fact there was either a fault with the system or just the people answering the phone. I was informed that this was because they were short staffed. Great excuse think I might change doctors!
