Share review of Fitznells Manor Surgery
I have been registered here for five years. The doctors I have seen have been good. My biggest complaint is the inability to get through by phone in order to book an appointment. Even when there are no problems with their phone system, it can be one or two weeks before getting an appointment. Not good enough when one has to book children's appointments! The receptionist suggested physically going in to the surgery at 8.20am to book an appointment, not helpful for people who have to take children to school at that time. Although there is an online booking system for appointments, it does not always work and there is no way to register children on the system (I am told I need to speak to someone at the surgery who is not there very often!) - very unsatisfactory! Please improve your services to enable patients to see your very good doctors.
