I called to make an appointment for my two children. I was told that I have to book on the day. I asked to book in advance next week as not urgent so given a time within school hours. I was told that I then had to go to a hub if it was for children and they only take bookings on the day. How - as a working mother - am I supposed to plan to see a doctor for my child, if I have to call on the day and not even guaranteed to get an appointment. utterly ridiculous!
