I am a full time carer for my husband, and I am writing on her behalf. Our GP is Dr. R. Hills, who is our family Dr and we totally trust him. He listens to us and gives us appropriate advice and treatment when needed. We both got very good service when we went to see him with my husband with his swollen feet. Dr Hills checked his heart, B.P. and pulse before prescribing medication to reduce the swelling and giving us 'double appt' for a review in 2/52. He explained to us what the 'new prescribed tabs' are and what it would do. Our GP is always willing to see us and also speak to us over the phone to answer an queries. I wish appt system can be better, as nowadays I have difficulty seeing my GP when I want to for my husband even though I tried 10 days in advance and I still couldn't get double appt.
