The telephone system has got worse. First thing in the morning it can ring and ring with nobody answering it. I am told this happens when the line is full. You should get an engaged sound so you know you have to ring again. The receptionists are always losing blood tests or prescriptions. They never apologise. I was given too many tablets to take at once - I have lost faith with the doctors at this surgery.
