tried calling for an appointment at 11.30 the other day on hold for 10 mins no answer. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes on the phone at 1pm and the line cut out. currently on hold again have been for a further 10 minutes. also worst hold music ever! very irritating. tried to book appointment online but you cannot select options for specific appointments such as jabs etc
