Awful telephone staff, rude and unprofessional. Never say hello or goodbye and always in a rush to get rid of you. Can't even leave a direct feedback with them. Terrible
Receptionist are slightly better but still need to review their attitude towards patients. Doctors can't be bothered to examine you properly, often they are also in rush ajd unfortunately don't seem to have proper qualifications as they miss things and don't have a clue about some items.
