It is 13.53 on Friday and I have been on hold on the phone for 36 minutes waiting to speak to someone at Fitznells Manor Surgery regarding a mistake in my repeat prescription. This is not an unusual occurrence. Trying to get through to the surgery at any time of day is a long frustrating process.
When you do get through, a routine appointment is often only available in two weeks (if you are lucky).
The doctors are good and caring.
The receptionists (with one exception) are usually polite and helpful.
