Always found the doctors to be great but one of the reception staff is not at all helpful. She keeps you waiting at the doorway whilst discussing her personal matters, then she is simply not helpful. When I asked if can book over the phone - said yes but only for an emergency. This is NOT the case - not all people book online - and she was abrupt and unhelpful. This is aside for having to hold on to make an appointment for over 20 minutes - this is after can get through it being engaged for over 10 minutes.
