Just in case I have misread the survey, my last comment is "It is not at all easy to get an appointment at Fitznells"
I have needed to have blood tests at least 4 times a year for the last 15 years and my wife has about the same number.
It has never been "easy" to get blood tests at this surgery despite the fact that they have the "Wishing Well" which clearly looks perfect for this service, (and a nurses room!)
Every single person I have met, been seen by, etc has always been absolutely superb, doctors, nurses, and office/reception, they are all the same - wonderful.
Such a shame that somewhere there, the appointments gremlin (one of the longest serving residents) is almost always around, especially when it comes to getting a blood test.
Please not also, The Old Cottage is terribly difficult to get to for a 5 minute appointment for many of us who are now quite elderly!
