Have only been at surgery at short time and I’m considering finding an alternative. Getting through on the telephone is awful on average it’s taken me 25 minutes and most times it’s for my <1 year old.
Receptionists seem a tad hostile and like they have done the medical training. I’ve been a GP receptionist and this is not good at all.
