I have no complaints about the Doctors, its trying to get an appointment that's the problem, and then there's the parking! I usually park in Station Avenue and walk over the step bridge, not good in the dark, there is Bourne Hall car park but there is a charge.
The waiting room isn't very welcoming, parents have allowed their children to write on the walls, do they do that at home I wonder?
