The doctors are all great,that’s when you get an appointment, l have been trying all week to get an appointment, firstly the computers were down which l can sympathise with but once fixed getting a reply over the telephone was almost impossible. I tried four times, waited 20minutes for the receptionist to pick up at 12.30 which is out of order, who takes up this amount of time. Put the phone down in the end, no wonder A&E is under strain.
