I have always found all the doctors to be very attentive and understanding. I also don't feel rushed which I really appreciate even when the surgery is busy.
My only negative is that it can take a long time to get through on the phone during busy periods. When you do get through, there is usually an appointment with one of the many doctors there. I am happy to see any one of them, especially if it's urgent. If there isn't an appointment on the day, I have always managed to get an out of hours hub appointment (even on a Sunday). You do need to ask the receptionists though as they don't always mention this service.
Overall, I am very happy with this GP practice. I can say with confidence that the doctors are great as I used to live in a different borough and I had a less than satisfactory experience with another surgery.
