I receive medication for hypertension. At my last yearly review, it took 5 visits to the health centre before I was able to obtain a repeat prescription for the medication. I had previously been obtaining repeats by ordering online - the system was changed without informing me and I can no longer use this with visiting the centre and re-registering. I need repeat medication and have endeavoured to contact by telephone multiple times for 3 days with no success (this is the norm for the practice). Since the coronavirus , the centre has resorted to using a hatch for communication with patients and even that has now ceased. I am now left with several days of medication left and no way of contacting the practice and obtain a new prescription. I poor appointments system for qquite some time which has now become completely unusable.
