They make it so hard to get an appointment. If you work shifts like me it's a nightmare. I can't ring on days as I'm in work, I can't ring on nights as I'm in bed at 8.30 in the morning. I've tried ringing at 10.30 after a couple hours of sleep only to be told all the places have gone and I should really try at 8.30. Only time I can really ring from 8.30 is on a rest day which don't fall on weekends. The last 3 days in a row I have tried to get a telephone consultation only to be told after 30 min on the phone that all the places have gone. I'm on medication for high blood pressure and it's no wonder with a service like thi.
