Appointments are quite difficult to get depending on who answers the phone. Most are caring, helpful and informative, at least one makes you feel like you are taking liberties even contacting the surgery or using the NHS. I try to go into the surgery and talk to the receptionists on duty as they are lovely. My named GP is unfriendly and appears to sigh when you explain your symptoms, do patients bore the GP ? I have given up on this GP and will in future use other contacts with medical expertise or book with a different GP at the surgery.

Suggested improvements
I completely understand the current situation with regards the NHS and the tremendous strain the service is under, but as an unwell person, being barked at by a receptionist or feeling like a nuisance when you finally get to see a GP isn't acceptable. Respect works both ways.
