It is too difficult to get an appointment. It is not always the receptionists fault as I believe the surgery is over subscribed. However when you need a doctor to see you you don’t want to be hanging on the phone at number 29 to get there to be told there is no appointments and to call back. Elderly people wouldn’t manage this.

Suggested improvements
Have more doctors and expand for the number of people on the books.
