The management at this surgery is non-existent. I have been a patient here for 30 odd years, and in that time nothing has changed (apart from they have 3 times as many patients registered), there seems to be no organisation , or concession given over to technology, which could make management of this office more efficient. You are interrogated to get an appointment, treated with disdain by staff, and ignored by largely non performing doctors, and generally made to feel like a criminal for having the audacity to be ill and use up everybody's valuable time. No one answers the 'phone, reception seems a shambles, no one ever seems to know whats going on, or who's doing what and when - everybody seems to be busy doing, well nothing.
