I have been with Fern House Surgery for 47 years and have seen many changes.
I have always been happy with my appointments with my doctor even though it is hard to get an appointment. It is much better now that the telephone system has changed an most of the receptionists are really good and helpful.
The dispensary girls are great and give a wonderful service and Sue and Amanda always go the extra mile.
The nurses are wonderful as well.
Suggested improvements
I am happy with all the services at Fern House.
The doctors surgery in Wickham Bishops is also very good but I am not sure if it is still
functioning .
