In August 2023 when I made a very hard call to Fernhouse regarding my mental state, the receptionist that answered the phone that day was amazing. She was sympathetic, while reassuring that a doctor would call me back asap, which they did. Every time I've called or visited the surgery I've been welcomed with a warm atmosphere and respect for my condition.
