Fern house has improved considerable in the last 3 years. The staff are now all excellent. The nurses are so friendly and remember you. The building is old but it’s being improved slowly. It still takes time to get an appointment but the modernisation has helped with processes.
Suggested improvements
Not that I wish to be woke but the bew log in screen asks male or female…. I am sure other should be an option to avoid complaints. People do love to complain.
Surgeries can be a depressing place. The old faded art should go and a notice board in each room with a photo of the GP and brief description of them and their speciality would be good. If you know they are human you tend to treat them differently. I would imagin if people know the gp runs marathons and has dogs this makes them more relatable. Would be a good read when you’re in the waiting room too.
