The recently introduced "queueing" phone system is a vast improvement on the previous system and although a call can take 20, 30, 40 or more minutes to be answered at least we know we will eventually get through, or request a return call. I have recently been very impressed by the service given by receptionists at the surgery in arranging appointments and also phoning me to ask me to make appointments to follow up blood test results - thank you.

Suggested improvements
It is good to see normal service resumed at Fern House... but I wonder if and when the Wickham Bishops surgery will re-open after Covid-enforced closure.
