Unfortunately the building is old and tired and not custom built for a modern surgery, serving the needs of a growing population. The staff do an excellent job in difficult conditions. Why do receptionists have to take phone calls when they are dealing with patients waiting to book in or make appointments. Surely phone calls should be dealt with elsewhere thereby alleviating the often growing line of patients presenting in person.
