I feel really let down by this surgery, it's rare you ever get an appointment with the same doctor to deal with an ongoing issue. The locum doctors they do have in haven't a clue about how the surgery works and what is available to patients there. If I can give any advice to the surgery it would be to train their receptionist staff in patient care and social skills! These women are rude and abrupt not only with myself but I've seen this towards other patients aswell, they could not care less! They did nothing to try resolve my issue and told me to go to a&e if it is so bad! Disgusting!

I have been with this practice for 10 years and the reception staff have never been overly polite, usally to be busy to care about you or anyone else, on this particular occasion, however, i felt the attitude used by one of the recption staff was entirley un called for and disrespectful to say the least. I only went in to collect a prescription for my mother, who had just been discharged from hospital and was unable to leave the house, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful and when i told her my mother had been told that it would be ready in 20 minutes she all but called me a liar! I was furious and will be putting a formal complaint in abput her!!

the medical center is first class throughout, the reception is fully co-operative, appointments are easy to get, the nurses are all so helpful and first class, it is all first class
