The Stanhope Parade surgery relocated its practise to Farnham Medical Centre however said it had merged. All subsequent appointments I have had have been at Farnham Medical Centre. Had I understood I would no longer be able to be seen at my local practise I would have registered with an alternate Doctor.
I have not received feedback for tests 3 times and have had to chase up myself.
I am seen by a different Doctor each time.
I will be leaving this surgery
