The surgery is clean and tidy. The doctors I have seen are all very professional and thoroughly explain any remediation action taken or recommended. The online appointment and prescription booking process is excellent and a big step change for those of us working up in London during the day. I would like to see and benefit from extended opening hours/opening hours on weekends. The reception staff are variable in terms of their customer service - I have found them on occasions to be quite unfriendly - not all but on occassions. It's the only negative (apart from the absence of car parking!) that I can think of.

very easy to order prescriptions. the receptionists are very nice and friendly. The Practice Nurse Diane is wonderful and very helpful with her suggestions to help keep my diabetes and asthma in check. shame there are now no magazines to read while waiting but other wise wonderful surgery. nice and bright and plenty of seating.

Always possible to get an early appointment if necessary. Helpful reception/office staff (eg when enquiring about test results or procedures to be followed when transferring to private hospital).

Given enough notice, I can always see the Dr I want to. Sometimes the range of appointments available to book online are too restrictive and it requires a phone call to obtain one. This seems to defeat the objective of easy booking online.

the doctor i always see is doctor jaitley i find that i can talk to her without feeling nervous and she always listens to anythn i have to say
