I wanted to get an appointment over the phone for my son who had very high temperature , I was put on hold on the phone and later the phone disconnected. I could get through after that and had to take my son to the hospital. What a appalling service and when you ask for results you are told to call back and never actually get any help..The staff are only interested in their after work life and keep you waiting at the desk for ages....
