Both my wife and myself find the receptionists most helpful, polite and friendly. Any small query and they are there ready to resolve it for you
The surgery is always very clean and tidy despite the considerable people traffic it experiences.
We have found our prescriptions are always dealt with promptly and if we have a special need the staff always manage to respond to the request.
We normally see Dr Jaitey who as far as we are concerned does a fantastic job, she is always most helpful, friendly and appears to be most knowledgeable.
If the problem is outside her field she is always very quick to refer us to the correct alternative specialist.
