I have called recently telephoned the Fakenham Greenway Lane surgery to ask about registering as a new patient.
Unfortunately, when I spoke in confidence (regarding my disability) to a female member of the reception team.
I was very disappointed at her abrupt tone and manner towards me, which was awful.
This has left me feeling traumatised, and discriminated against.
Please could you reassure patients registered at this surgery, that the reception staff have a duty of care to patients/customers.
