I have been registered at the Fakenham medical practice for the last 4 years alongside my 2 children. The Doctors are all highly professional. The practice is always immaculately clean and the waiting areas have more than adequate seating. Getting an appointment can take a couple of weeks but this is due to the size of the practice and its many patients. How ever, if I have an emergency or have to see someone on the day this has always been possible via the triage team. I feel fully supported by my GP (Doctor Coghill) plus I've never had any problems with any other GP at the surgery, the nurses are all brilliant too. I would recommended this practice to anyone.

My son recently needed to be seen as an emergency. I telephoned the surgery and was advised that I would need to go onto a "triage list" and that I would receive a telephone call within 2 hours. Just 20 minutes later, a nurse called me and my son was booked an appointment later that day. Although the appointment was only short, my son was quickly diagnosed and given medication. The nurse made my son feel at ease.

I don't visit the surgery often, but when I do need to, I am very pleased with the service. The staff are all extremely helpful and I am always greeted by a smile. I am not one for discussing personal matters, but during my most recent visit, the GP made me feel at ease and I was able to open up about my condition. I underwent a number of tests and was given the all clear. I know the GPs run late sometimes, but this is because they take the time to listen to each patient. I don't mind having to wait a few extra minutes, as I know that when it is my turn, the GP will treat me just as I wish to be treated... with care and respect.

Everybody at the surgery is very polite and they do a fantastic job. I think the receptionists receive a lot of negativity just for doing what is required of them, but I have always found them to be very helpful and accommodating. When I was too poorly to attend the surgery, a doctor came out to see me at home and gave me a thorough examination. Well done to all staff, you do a great job!

I visited the surgery, I was greeted by a member of the reception team, she was not helpful to me, as I was enquiring about registering at the medical Centre. This particular member of staff was rather rude and abrupt, completely unhelpful and dismissive of my enquiries. I am a sad to feel, I am writing a review of my experience of this Medical practice.
