my son got home from school and had pains around his groin area . I rang the surgrey they helpful receptionist said their was no appointments left but she will put me down for a telephone call back. Dr Orumen rang after speaking to her she asked me to bring my son in for her to see him. She was saw him and adviced that i take him to A&E as their was more to the pain. She actually made the call for me to check where there is paediatric doctor. On getting Royal free hospital ,my son was wheeled into the theater and had an emergency surgery. I trusted her jugdment and she saved my sons life. she was prompt, she was proffessional and showed emapthy.
I am quite grteful to the doctors and staff.
