I am sitting outside Eden Medical Group now. The surgery is closed, but it does not say so in their website, in fact it says it is open ALL DAY. I visited the practice yesterday and was asked to provide a sample. I came to do this today. A gentleman (another patient) told me about a back door, as there was a notice on the letterbox saying NOT to leave samples, I went to the back foot. A receptionist came to the door, she took my sample but was extremely rude to me. She told me they were closed for training and that she shouldn't be taking anything from me. She asked how I knew about the back door and was just generally rude in the way she spoke to me. I asked her if their website said they were closed, she said "possibly". The website definitely does not say they are closed. I sincerely hope that the training they are currently doing is to train their reception staff!! How do rude people manage to get reception jobs?!
