Having been with this medical practice for over 25 years I cannot understand how they genuinely get worse and worse with every passing year. I am completely and utterly perplexed at how hard it is to get an appointment now. You can either wait 2-3 weeks or phone up at 8am on the day you want an appointment and continually try through the engaged tone to get one, at which point IF you are successful but are unable to attend at the time given because of work, they tell you to try again tomorrow. And in these modern times of the age of digital, they must be one of the only surgeries that do not offer an online appointment service. Oh and they still advertise that they are taking patients on, they CAN'T even deal with the ones they've got!!!
