YEARLY CHECK UP PHEW A BIT TOO FAST , NO ADIVICE GIVEN , TOO READY TO GIVE YOU DRUGS , NO FOOT CARE !!! AT ALL THIS TIME , MANY - MANY PEOPLE SEEING THIS NURSE SAYING MUTCH THE SAME , SHE SHOULD BE THE FONT OF ALL
KNOWAGE , BUT SHE IS NOT , NEEDS TO TALK TO US ALL MORE AVISE MORE AND STOP THE DRUGS AS A CURE ALL THERE ARE OTHER WAYS , NEED TO GIVE US MORE INFO OFFER PRINT OUTS AND TALK THROUGHS
