Whenever I try to contact our GP surgery by phone I am always in a long queue to wait to speak to a receptionist which in my opinion is not good this morning I was told that I was number 50 in a queue due to me working I can’t always get the chance to talk on my phone. Despite this the receptionist is always polite and helpful to the person’s needs and I have managed to book an appointment for next week and won’t have to wait too long to get seen which is good.

It would be better if people get speak to someone quicker on the telephone it’s not always possible to get into the surgery to speak to the receptionist in person.

The receptionist are so helpful and the new telephone ring back has made it so much easier to get through for appointments. The doctors are knowledgeable and will discuss conditions and give treatment where necessary. We are so lucky to have this surgery and would like to thank everyone for their care

I easy got an appointment, the receptionist are all kind and helpfull. I had to see the Dr twice in my illness and I was rushed to hospital on the second visit for emergency treatment.i can't thank him enough for what he did.
