It isn't always easy to get an appointment, but that is because many others are trying to get appointments too. I decided to check online for appointments on this occasion and there were several. So for my most recent visit it was very easy to get an appointment

I had have not had issues getting an appointment when really needed.
The surgery is clean. I have generally felt listened to when i have seen a GP or a nurse. Tgis is really important to me
