Thank you we value and encourage patient feedback. We have increased the number of face to face appointments that our patients can assess, whilst maintaining the option for telephone consultations. When all our appointments are taken our reception staff will direct patients to 111, this national helpline is open 24 hours, 7 days a week to support primary care. This is a triage service which then gets patients to get the right advice or treatment they need. All patients that are re-directed back to the GPs are then seen as extra patients outside of the appointments available for that day. Our GPs, Nurses, Admin and Reception team thank you for taking the time to send this review. We are all working extremely hard to deliver the best quality patient care in the community we can, with the current resources available to us.
