I called the surgery at 8.30am prompt. I was initially caller number 9 in the queue which subsequently increased to caller number 13 which didn’t make any sense to me. It took me about 25 minutes to get through to speak to the receptionist who was very polite. I got an appointment to see a nurse rather than a GP. The nurse was lovely and I felt confident in her ability. My scores reflect the time it takes to get through to the surgery to get an appointment.

Suggested improvements
Quicker call pick up, possibly more staff in the morning to answer calls?
