The care of the doctors is perfect however the appointment booking system is difficult if you work office hours. By the time you eventually get through on the telephone the appointments have all been all allocated and you have to go through it all again either after lunch or the next day. I have found requesting triage is the only way to get an appointment sometimes, this itself not being convenient if you are at work and are unable to answer your phone. I also feel the repeat prescription service is quite contrived - needing a letter is not always do-able again if you work office hours.
