Nope not easy to get an appointment, you are in a long phone queue only to be told phone back tomorrow when you eventually get through, if receptionist know you need an appointment then they should allocate you to an appointment queue rather that saying phone back tomorrow and wast your time again.

Thank you we value and encourage patient feedback. Our reception staff work extremely hard to answer the high call volume that comes through the surgery. They care navigate to the most appropriate clinician within the primary care team. This can include GPs, Nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other care providers. We have listened to our patient’s feedback and understand it can be frustrating when waiting in a queue on the telephone, we no offer a telephone call back system, we are hoping this will make the process of contacting the surgery easier.
