Many thanks for your feedback, I understand how frustrating this can be. Our team of Receptionists do try their best to keep patients informed when a GP is running a little late. Often patients require more than the allocated time slot to allow the doctor to provide the care and treatment they need. Michelle Payling Practice Manager
