Receptionist was very helpful sorting my missing item from a prescription sent to chemist. Asked her about another query and she went away and came back with an answer and also a contact number re my referral

Suggested improvements
The system for getting an appointment can mean a long wait on the phone before you get through to a receptionist. Longest I've waited is 47 minutes

We have listened to our patient’s feedback and understand it can be frustrating when waiting in a queue on the telephone, we now offer a telephone call back system, we are hoping this will make the process of contacting the surgery easier.
