Had a telephone call from the surgery and was told an appointment would be made so I could discuss what I needed, 3 days later no phone call. Also did the new online form for another reason, did what the doctor told me to do , still waiting for a response it’s been 5 days. Total joke! Last time I physically went to surgery the receptionist was very abrupt! In my opinion not fitted to her role at all. Obviously will try AGAIN, think it’s time to look for another practice.

Suggested improvements
Everything! Respond to requests ! Be nicer to people that have to stand to see you when they are in agony , to be greeted with abrupt staff is not nice, as a person who probably only comes to docs every 2 years, don’t expect to talked down to by a receptionist. Oh and when there’s a telephone call back, please let it ring more than twice (if you do , it’s only coming through on mobiles 2 rings at most, so need to leave it ringing so someone can actually answer it)
