I have a little wax in both ears - I've had a test at epsom hos, but they wouldn't do a mold of my ears because of the wax. You will not syringe my ears until after 3 weeks. I'm putting oil in. 8 weeks waiting for hos appointment. 3 weeks waiting for syringe.

This practice is shambolic, you cannot get an appointment for 3-4 weeks! the receptionists are rude and patronising and the few GP's that work there are the same , and moreover the Gp's in this practice refuse to give early morning appts to Autistic people with severe Anxiety as a reasonable adjustment which is totally unacceptable! I put in a letter for reasonavble adjustments under the Equality Act to the practice manager and it has been totally ignored despite me chasing it up several times, the practice manager refuses to speak or meet with me to discuss what is recommended from the Royal College of GP's and is actually written in their charter! yet they feel they don't have to adhere to such policies and are above such good practice! This practice also deny patients out of area Consultant Referrals to London Hospitals for complex conditions that cannot be met locally which is unacceptable and means that people will be left on the street to deteriorate and they don't care less.
