We try to keep to same doctor so we know by the doctor and we waste less time going over past history. However we do have to wait weeks some time to get a particular doctor but if we don't mind which doctor we can usually see one on the day we ring up.

Doctors & staff reasonably helpful & friendly. Frequently frustrated with wait of 2-3 weeks to see any doctor, possibly longer if required to see a specific doctor. Only way to see a doctor in less time was via emergency appointment, but even this isn't guaranteed as once told emergency appointments also fully booked for the day - therefore had to consider using A&E at local hospital instead.
